Refund policy

We invite you to choose with care. We’re building this slowly and meaningfully.

At Abstran, each piece is crafted in limited quantities and inspected thoroughly before shipping. Returns create waste, and we’re learning how to reduce that.

Because of this, we currently keep returns and exchanges limited and intentional.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges only if the item you receive is:

  • Delivered damaged
  • Defective
  • Or has a manufacturing fault
  • Different from what was ordered (wrong size or incorrect item)

“Delivered damaged” refers to damage to the product itself, not the outer packaging, and must affect its wearable condition.

To be eligible, the item must also be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof
    (Requests made after this window won’t be eligible)

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, style preference, or change of mind.

That said, if something’s genuinely not right as per the eligibility above, we’ll make it right.

Please register an exchange request through the portal link in the footer of the website within 48 hours of delivery, along with your Order ID and supporting images or videos.
